Today we installed a Pioneer AVH-X7800BT with a Pioneer Navigation module.
AVH-X7800BT
7″ clear type fold-out touchscreen multimedia player with easy smartphone connectivity via a simple USB cable supporting compatible applications, Bluetooth and a 13-band GEQ
The AVH-X7800BT goes from 1-DIN to 7 inches of full-on car entertainment in seconds. When the large touchscreen folds out, this multimedia player lets you connect to a compatible iPhone or Android phone using a single USB cable, which will allow you to control compatible applications from your dashboard in a convenient and safe way. It plays your audio/video content from CDs, DVDs and USB devices. Full details here
Navigation with AVIC-F260
Get the most out of your navigation system by hooking the AVIC-F260 on to your AVH-system. The device has an integrated TMC receiver and uses an SD card to read navigation data.
Fitting Kit
We used a Connects2 fitting kit for the installation and retained all the factory steering buttons so the customer could still control the stereo from the steering wheel and also answer the telephone calls from the button on the steering wheel also. We also routed the USB connection to the pocket under the stereo so there was quick access to the USB connection. Full details here
